Too short
This shock physically fits my 2003 Trophy 1200 but is shorter than the OEM shock. Even with this adjustable shock extended to its absolute maximum safe length the bike sits over an inch lower than stock thus changing steering geometry and making it almost impossible to get up onto the center stand. The lower seat height is a plus for inseam challenged people and the change in handling characteristics is not that noticeable but being unable to use the centerstand is not good. Also, the shock spring is too soft. Shock damping seems about right. Stiffen the spring and increase the overall length and this shock would be a great value. Overall quality looks very good.
