to glow or not to glow

PROS , as a hard hat its ok CONS , no ventilation in hat so youre head sweats after following all instructions it simply does not work, after a full days charge in the sun, or placing by a light its glow a dim green for a few minuets not six hours and its hardly noticable i was very disapointed as it simply does not do what i want
