  seller has no idea about the items he sells - I asked questions and his response was NOT even close to what I received - he couldn't even explain to me to open the watch case OR whether the actual watch was housed in a gold casing - he indicated it was but NO its not. His response and I quote "Honestly I can't tell because I don't see the watch. I have so many watches that are different. Perhaps this watch is a wind to remove a cover. I just can't tell unless it's in my hand" SERIOUSLY !!!
