DO NOT BUY ' HANDLE IS INADEQUATE' AND COULD SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR VINYL

Lightly used for storage then attempted to bring my vinyl downstairs. only for the handle to snap in my hand! the box wasn't overloaded. Fortunately it was before the stairs and no damage to the records phew ! However it could have been a lot worse. I contacted rtwdirectsales customer service and was informed this was normal wear and tear! surely this is basic functionality? My advice pay an extra £10 for a Gorilla record storage box, which is of a much higher quality.
