Works. don't love the flavor
0 of 1 found this helpful Didn't realize it has sucralose. Kind of overpowering. It works well other then that, but I'll probably keep on the lookout for another brand that just uses sugar like the one I found in ireland rather then purchasing again.

diamine ink is great. The price is the best I've seen. Ancient Cooper is a really lovely color.

Great quality!
It was really pricey, especially because beans should be cheap in my mind, but wow what a difference! I've tried many different Canary beans for different companies, and these were hands down the best. I could actually tell the difference between these and pinto, which other brands I've found are more subtle. These were so creamy and delicious. And much more fresh. Past beans I've found it hard to get the nice soft texture I like, which I understand has to do with the age of the beans. After hours of pressure cooking, some brands still don't cook through for me. And this is cooking right when I get the bag.
Not these beans. They cooked to perfection in only one round in the pressure cooker. And again, the flavor is amazing. Only wish I got more beans for the money, but since I don't need a ton of beans, I'll probably be buying these again.
