Many benefits!
I use this True Cinnamon almost every day in one way or another. Why? Health Benefits and I feel better than I did a year ago! {and I'm 77 yrs. old.} My favorite way to use it is in oat meal, also in coffee, tea, pancakes, waffles, toast, soups, etc. My belief is that the use of True Cinnamon in food and drink will be a very high health benefit!
