I sometimes get edgy. This Newton homeopathics product takes the edge off.

It does work well. I was impressed. I just use 7 drops and let it sit in my mouth and let it fully absorb. I start feeling better in just a couple of minutes. I only use it when I feel edgy. I use it at least 30 minutes away from flavors, especially coffee and minty menthol tastes or other strong spicy tastes. I do not wash it down with water. I wait at least 10 minutes before drinking water.

I selected it because true homeopathics have no drug interactions nor side effects, and Boiron has an excellent long standing reputation.

I just started using it today, so I am hopeful that it will help resolve my issue. I just use 5 pellets by holding the tube upside down, twisting the cap, and toss the contents in my mouth without touching it and let it sit in my mouth and let it fully absorb. I use it at least 30 minutes away from flavors, especially coffee and minty menthol tastes or other strong spicy tastes. I do not wash it down with water. After reading the instructions, I just hold my mouth open, and without touching the bottle, hold it upside down over my tongue a gently tap the bottle with one of my holding fingers (the ring finger) and let it sit in my mouth and let it fully absorb. I use it at least 30 minutes away from flavors, especially coffee and minty menthol tastes or other strong spicy tastes. I do not wash it down with water. I wait at least 15 minutes before drinking water.
