Great back up/replacement part for your portasol soldering iron!
1 of 1 found this helpful My portasol soldering iron worked with an external spark/fire source, but thins soon became an issue at work as it would require taking it all apart to light it.
Looked into a replacement part and needed one cheap and quick as possible that fitted my model. perfect fit and lights on the first click every time with this new replacement part!

Looks great, but not quite bright enough (same as standards 382 filament bulb)
It's nice and cheap, looks fantastic as bright white light
Only big issue is the fact that the light output itself is quite low
Wouldn't have this as a useable reverse light for you to actually see. As this gives roughly the same amount of light as the standard 382 filament bulbs.
It however if you're not fussed about that (for example you have rear sensors) and you only want them as a style thing, then this is the product for you!
