One outage in two weeks
It sets up and works just like the instructions say. Good sound, no dropouts. In 2 weeks of use we already had one morning when we woke up to a red light which means no ooma calls. Other reviews reported this too. Simple power off/on did not fix but after some messing around it worked again. So I have to watch it longer before I cancel our landline phone because I wanted a wifi ooma not an Ethernet cable running thru my living room.

Larger mouse is probably more comfortable for most adults
1 of 1 found this helpful This mouse is slightly larger than average. Adults who don't have small hands should try it. It rests in your palm which I find better, instead of holding a mouse in your fingers. I've been using the Logitech M510 for a few years so I could not resist getting a refurb at this low price. The one I got looks new, I don't know if they all are that perfect, and in any case it works perfectly.
