LN-790 Shakedown
0 of 1 found this helpful Great unit. This is my first GPS purchase, on sale at Sears Canada for $299.99. For the price it is awesome but would not pay the $599 regular price. Mind you, I wouldn't pay $599 for ANY GPS!!!.
The screen is really big and bright, even in sunlight. I have to wear reading glasses and had no problem reading the unit at windshield distance. The voice directions are AWESOME!!!!! Loud, clear voice announces turn direction and street name, love it!!!! I called LG for some help and found their customer service stinks. I hope thats because not too many people need it and the guys dont get good at problem solving. Everyone who has a GPS will tell you his is better,blah blah. But me, I'm a whore, I dont care, I'm anyone's if the features are there. Try it, like buy it. Dont like it? Tough, buy something else you whiner!!!!

Good product
Added versatility to my trunk. Easy installation but heres a tip, you need a rivnut to install fasteners. also, buy aluminum rivnuts as the steel ones are hard to install
