  The photo shows a frame on the item. When I found out there was no frame I tried to cancel the order as it had NOT shipped yet. Even though the app said it had not shipped the seller said it had and would not cancel my order or let me send it backs

  The title clearly states "Ready to Frame". Often, artists do show items framed so buyers can see how it looks. The buyer asked for cancellation after the item was shipped. At that point, it was not possible. Sorry about your confusion.
