Classic formula one movie
Wooden acting from a lot of the players but it doesn't matter too much, Yves Montand is the standout as Jean-Pierre Sarti, a world weary racing driver at the end of his career yearning to escape but feeling pressured to continue. James Garner as Pete Aron is typically emotionless although the character is consumed by ambition and a kind of moral ambiguity about the price of it.
The ending is surprisingly moving if you haven't seen the film before. If you don't care for the plot, the aerial and camera car footage of Monaco in it's heyday is worth the price of admission alone.

Good quality, grunty product
Engine starts easy and has plenty of power. The extension poles are good quality with solid shafts and a good connection method. The spooling trimmer head works well although I use it with 2.7mm professional line trimmer cord instead of the 3mm supplied with it. The other blades are solid and work well with blackberries and tough weeds. Fuel tank capacity on motor big enough for solid jobs but I would have at least a few litres of 2 stroke mixed up as the motor does go through a fair bit of fuel.
Pole saw is good, fairly heavy but cuts well as does the hedge trimmer.
Overall a great choice budget system if you have a bigger block. Probably overkill for a small garden though.

Retro cool but lacking aesthetics
Does everything you want from a digital chronograph. Bonus points for world time and the analogue watch emulator. Sadly the plastic case is a bit naff and the stainless band isn't the best quality. Still, its cheap and looks the part until you get close up.
