Great product in general!
This mineral (magnesium) has helped me with different ailments and this company makes that possible. If you you ever believe you have any vitamin or mineral deficiency this brand is a good place to start.

This was a good buy for the purchase price.
I have been taking these one a day Alive (Men's 50+ or just Men's)for a while now. They seem to work. Though, I do take other natural remedies, as well, so it's hard to tell how effective they are. One thing I would mention about the items. The"best by date" is 12/2017, don't know how it would affect the effectiveness of this supplement. I think it should be included in the item's description. I don't know if I'd order them again because of the omission of important information. I guess you get what you pay for.
