I like the performance of bike very much, but when it comes to replacement parts, that stinks.
The folding exercise bike is great. Very smooth operation, and easy to change positions. Monito0r had broken wire. Tried to get a replacement monitor, but got the run around.
Was told I could buy a new monitor locally, but could never get part number price or where I could get a replacement monitor. Finally settled on receiving a $20 refund, but still don't know where to purchase a new monitor. I will try to repair. The problem I see if anything else fails, I don't think there will be any way to get any replacement parts.
