  This item is expensive and listed as new! It arrives looking tatty and second hand with no box! I asked the seller to correctly update description to, new without box. They refused! It's a gift for children that I wouldn't have purchased knowing it would arrive how it has. Precisely why this seller won't honestly update the description. Don't recommend at all! Buy elsewhere.

  Item arrived well packed.However,one of the two pieces that form the back was missing.I phoned the seller.No spares were available,but they refunded 5% of the original price.Just as well it wasn't a side piece or a more noticable part which would have meant returning the whole item to them.Have given +feedback in view of the 5% refund,but I'm a little disappointed that one part was missing,and no replacement was available.

  Good seller, sadly arrived damaged. Seller was quick to communicate and set out returns information. I decided to keep, neighbour to glue and use. My lack of printer and tech QR capability meant hassle to gain refund, wasn't worth it. Could have been avoided if protected in box but seller can't be responsible for courier squashing it. Positive seller, disappointing as damaged.

  The chair is far better than I expected for the price, being well finished, sturdy and with a good folding action. It arrived well packed and was as described. Unfortunately it arrived later than the estimated dates for delivery, but that was due to the delivery company who, according to the (good) tracking information, seemed to leave it in their depot for a few days. It was posted promptly by the seller following my purchase.
