Not quite Arrow's specified dimensions
Be aware these (Arrow 15701) are actually 4-7/8+" x 3-1/2". Arrow specifies 4-3/4" width. That 1/8+" made the difference between fitting/not fitting a rack in my fridge.

Easy mounting, quiet running
Runs very quiet on my Kinetic Road Machine. Was easy to mount -- typical for a folding bead tire it's very "floppy" 'til you insert a partially inflated inner tube into the half mounted tire. Doesn't appear to wear excessively (doesn't leave rubber on the trainer drum), but don't yet have that many miles on it.

Same as Garmin OEM brackets.
As far as I can tell after short term use, these seem equivalent to the OEM brackets that came with my Garmin.
