  I received this item as described but unfortunately there was a defect on top part of the component. I had good conversation with seller to replace that part but it appears the seller has no stock so he refunded and also requested I keep the defect one. First I appreciate the manner in which the seller communicated with me and the offer which is lost in business. I recommend this seller to anyone ready to do business with due to patience and understanding.

  I ordered this item for Christmas and it did not arrive by the estimated date- I understood this may have been due to the postal strike so waited - when by Christmas it still had not arrived I contacted the seller who immediately said they would replace.   What a lovely seller. So attentive and helpful. The item was believed lost due to the Royal Mail strikes. Quick refund given and lots of apologies. Not the fault of the seller. Item was purchased 15th November. But then arrived unexpectedly 22nd December! Seller advised me to keep the item, no charge. Thank you so much. It is a Christmas gift for my beloved dog.   Nice item as described but delivery by Yodel was a nightmare and took more than a week! Tracking says left in a safe place at 1:35PM - except it was delivered to my place of work so should have been left with reception. The security guard found it by chance in a random place while on his patrol of the premises at 6am this morning. Looks like the package was just chucked over the fence. "Safe place"? - I don't think so.

  This item wasn't delivered,due to a problem with the delivery system. However the seller maintained good communication with me during these issues(including a prompt refund, when it was clear that the item wasn't going to be delivered) and for that alone, I'd recommend the seller for customer support.
