Subaru re-built power steering pump review
The pump came quickly and packaged well. It was clean and contained washers and proper gaskets. The unit appeared to be well re-manufactured and it was installed without problem. The fit was precise and exact.
I have driven the car for approximately two thousands miles with the re-manufactured pump. The steering is perfect. NO noise, no air in the fluid ... no leaks.
I would recommend. Dealer wanted $1,200 for the part and installation. The job is easy on a Outback 6 cylinder 2003. The pump is in front and only three or four bolts. Saved over $1,000. Thanks. Bib
