Fastest mobile cpu for the price
These selling for under $20 is a great deal. One of these with 8gb RAM and an SSD makes for a formidable machine. If your sandy bridge pentium or i3 can be upgraded this is your ticket right here.

Exactly as described
I Purchased the unit, and a GSM SIM card, I activated the SIM card, Put the unit in the car, installed and logged in to the android app, and there it was...Very accurate! Unbelievable that this technology is available for such a dirt cheap price...Highly recommend!
