this vice was a good deal and worked perfectly. nice to have the ability to use on wider belts due to the open end design.

powerful upgrade gear motor for Traeger grill.

retrofit for Traeger 34 pro grill. I had to alter shaft, (file it down to 8mm or so, 20 minutes) drill shaft for bolt pin, and alter mount area, (cut a u shape for larger gear box). I am aware that this was not a direct fit replacement, but could not dseal with low performance original. Having said that, my Traeger pellet grill now performs as all the good reviews at Traeger where people rave about them. Original auger motor was 1.6 rpm 24 watt this is a 2.6 rpm 1.03 amp gear motor. stronger motor, larger gear box and larger shaft. If you do not have tools, or a mechanically inclined (self) or friend, you may not want this for your Traeger. If you can do simple metal working, Hacksaw, Drill, Files, this is a well deserved upgrade to an already expensive pellet grill. 52 degrees to 375 degrees in 6.5 minutes compared to 52 degrees to 375 in 45 minutes with original motor. ( there are 2.5 RPM gear motors that would not have required alterations, but they were double the price and not as heavy a motor.) only fault this was listed as 2 RPM and was actually 2.6 RPM
