It works, but it's the wrong mag

The magazine fits and works but it is too long. It sticks out the bottom. I do not have a compact, those are illegal here except for law enforcement so it's simply the wrong magazine. I needed three mags to get through my ccw safety course this saturday, after the course, i'll throw it away.
