This bracket is NOT the correct bracket for 2007 Altima
This bracket is NOT the correct bracket for 2007 Altima. Although it will span the battery ok, there is an additional bracket that attaches to this bracket (and anchors to the engine.) There is a vertical stud on the correct bracket that is the attachment point. That stud and the area on the bracket that "accepts" the second bracket is in the wrong place. I went ahead and used this bracket rather than hassling with a return, but had to discard the second bracket. But this bracket holds down the battery just fine.
I did not verify that the part I received was the part I ordered. But it was close enough for me. But make sure you get the correct part if you want to use both brackets (perhaps yoy need to replace both)

Only lasted a few minutes
I had trouble with pads sticking to the sander, so I replaced the pad with this item. It was only a few minutes of sanding before the sanding disc slipped off again.
My original pad lasted overall about an hour of sanding time. However, most of that time was on wood with 120-220 grit sandpaper that generated little sawdust. This last project was sanding of 25-year-old redwood with 80-grit, so lots of dust. My feeling is that the dust gets into the backing of the sanding disc and loosens it, so it may not be the pad.
I've purchased a pad for my Makita BO5030 sander that accepts PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) disc's for this project.
