The Famine Within
The topic of eating disorders and how it effects women in general, especially the young ones, was compelling and educational.

Important and Valuable healing tool
Highly recommend this book for healing trauma. Peter Levine is a Master Healer and teacher. I have personally benefited by following his recommendation as described in the book. Powerful message.
