Great Product
1 of 1 found this helpful The Posilock cable system is fairly simple to install and is by far money well spent. It completely cuts the vacuum out and contains detailed instructions on how to remove the vacuum actuator and install the cable. It does involve drilling a hole in the cab which is simple, I personally just cut some flooring insulation out vs. peeling it back to drill the hole but pay attention to the measuring tool provided. Measure twice and cut once, you do not want to hit the support that the instructions reference. it causes no structural damage, but takes forever to drill through. The cable end inside the cab screws out to engage the front axle and screws in to disengage it. Very few times you will have to screw it in, slightly move the truck to align the axle splines and then finish screwing the knob out to engage 4x4, but you'll quickly learn the cable locations and whether it's engaged or not. It only takes an hour or two to install depending on your skill level and I couldn't be happier.

KC Daylighter Replacement Bulb
Overall it's a great product. It is a bit dimmer than the original KC bulb that it replaced but it is still very close to original and it is much brighter than the current style Daylighters as I have a set of both new and old style on my truck. Honestly I'm thinking about purchasing two more of these bulbs to convert my new style KC Daylighters to this older sealed beam style.

Good Product
Good stock replacement filter. It's a pain to install as you have to loosen the airbox and the carb to box boot but that's Yamaha's design. The filter is good quality and a perfect fit.
