Excellent seller. I ordered an alternator, installed it and it ended up being no good. I contacted them, asking to swap it out for another one. They got back to me within a few hours, apologized, and said they will send one. Got it within 3 days and this one had no problems. Great prices too buy the way.

2. Excellent communication. The plastic nut holder was cracked and they send me spare ones immediately.
3. This is for our 2004 Honda CR-V LX, nearing 200K miles. The alternator is not yet installed. We bought this in anticipation of the alternator may need replacement in the near future.
