Sweet Relief
1 of 1 found this helpful I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome so I often have numbness and weakness in my hands and wrists. These grips enable me to do push ups and burpees, as well as plank jacks and various other assorted crazy moves without pain. I cannot imagine working out without them!
