OEM product having quality functionality at a fair price.

The print head was delivered in OEM packaging and operates in a MX-860 printer; operating as described and passed all self-testing upon installation. I couldn't have found a better product. The item is offered with a return guarantee, due to printer power supply faults causing damage to the print head. No other print head offers such a promise to the consumer. Thank you.

Pentax created a lemon back in 2009. Power issues plague this device.

I never realized that Pentax created such a fallible device known to have power issues that threatened it from day one. Should have been recalled. Additionally, there exists no sources of trouble shooting a device that fails to power on. There are no schematics or operation break downs that give a hint as to what portion of the device needs to be replaced when malfunctioning; nor are there parts available to replace parts from a dealer location, or resale site.

Great value in a well-designed product

I could not have found a better product that is designed specifically for my camera. It performs well and attaches without a flaw on all of my computers. It worked great for updating my firmware and tranferring pictures. It is designed to last for many years. Thank you!
