Energy saving pot

This is a great tool to make soups and stews. I start cooking in the pot and the thermal pot complete the cooking while I am away. It keeps the temperature very hot for about 3 hours. I like this so much, I got the second one. I will be cooking beans and polenta. This is a great way to save energy also.
