Nice fireplace screen for the price
Perfect size for my fireplace; fits inside the inset which my previous screen did not. Looks nice except the pinecones and needles looked like balloons until it did a little painting and scraping. I dabbed the pinecones with brown paint so the grooves weren't colored and the details of the pinecones now are more visible. The pine needles needed to be separated and fanned out. When I did this, I noticed that some of the original paint peeled off of a few pine needles and the shiny silver underneath was exposed. I really liked the shiny needles so I scraped most of the paint off of all of the needles which makes them show up better and gives dimension to the screen.
Quality is good for the reasonable price but it is a little flimsy if you use your fireplace frequently which we do not.
