    Packed very well. Surprisingly quick shipping from Israel. A very nice family of mice. Products are well made and as described. Take advantage of this chance to get all four pieces for a fraction of the retail price for each separate piece! I’ve purchased many items from this seller and have had a few minor problems but she responded within 24 hours and immediately fixed the problems. A+ for communication- which must be more difficult when dealing internationally. I do love Keren Kopal products

    I have ordered 2 items. One of them arrived, the other one is never in the package . However they have both item in same tracking no. Finally one arrived, but not in working condition. I have asked about return which seller agreed. But they didn’t provide return label and want me to find courier company to ship by myself . I have kept asking about the other item never received and received no reply on this. I am very disappointed about the service
