  Perfume was shipped without a cap. Bottle sprays mist when top is depressed. Box was saturated, sent pictures to seller. Her comment was, not much was lost. She claims she never had a cap. 1/3 of the bottle was gone. No offer to discount. Buyer beware.

  It took you 5 days to contact me about this issue. I’m sorry this happened. If you look at the listing photo of the bottle of perfume and the photo you sent me there’s a small difference. But, the look of that box looks completely soaked and in that case there would be nothing left. If you go to the fresh website it doesn’t come with a cap. I tried to make sure it’s received intact. On the photos there isn’t a cap. You never asked for any refund or discount. Other sellers beware.

  Fast, safe shipping. Would buy from again. Item description failed to mention crazed stalker pen scribbles blacking out literally all of Woojin's faces and names. Seller might have gotten lucky getting the unicorn 1% music-focused buyer that doesn't care at all about parasocial photobook aspect (instead of running into an OT9 stan). Then again, perhaps favorable outcome was guaranteed since only this type of buyer would consider Acceptable condition with page ripped out in the first place.
