Bought as is. I put the proper voltage regulator on the circuit board to repair the only problem I could find.

The digital display could be brighter.

A great addition to my workbench with a lot less clutter.

Being a used product, I expected some minor issues. The 5 volt DC power supply was measured at 10 volts. After trouble shooting, I found some cold solder joints on the power supply circuit board. After re-soldering those joints the 5 volt power supply was operating at the correct voltage.
