Santa Fe crossbar for pano roof

Very sturdy bars, rated for 220lbs. Unfortunately they are abnormally tall due to the function of the Panoramic roof, according to Hyundai. Even after opening the roof, I have 3” of clearance. Not sure why the lower profile crossbars wouldn’t work. I guess it depends more on what you are hauling. My kayak racks don’t extend downward much at all. I would try the lower profile crossbars if I were to do it again.
