Great sounding CD
I am really not much of a country/Bluegrass fan but I really enjoy this CD. I have always liked her voice and she really does sound superb on this disc. Surprisingly great sound quality for a "commercial" record.

Fun little phono
2 of 2 found this helpful Good deal for the money if you like to DIY. The parts quality is decent and the opamps are socketed if you want to swap out the NE5532s. The sound is laid back with good bass and slight midrange congestion. Upgrading the caps and opamps will help add clarity and finesse. No hum when shielded properly.

1 of 1 found this helpful These have a unique sonic signature. Extended at both ends but tight bass. A little lacking in bass heft but has good detail and soundstage. Good match if your amp uses EL34 tubes. I prefer the Tungsol 12ax7 in my setup.
