  Thus pendant arrived but i did not get one in the picture, i was disappointed about that, and i was only able to get a refund under Ebay buyer protection policy when i contacted Ebay, seller ignored my concerned

  Buyer bought 2 items our of our stock of four. Then complained they weren't the ones in the photos and asked to keep the goods and get a full refund. We had to permanently block her from all our stores and she was reported to eBay as a fraudulent scammer.
