Hard to swallow
Absolutely no problem with the quality of these tablets, but the shape - thick, but round without being spherical - makes them quite tricky to swallow. Really wouldn’t recommend for the elderly or anyone with gag reflex issues.

Top Tunic
I'm roughly 5'3", with a stupidly large bust, and these tunics are an absolute blessing. Bias cut, they skim all the lumpy and bumpy bits, this pattern in particular is very flattering, despite being quite "busy", and I tend to find that whichever plain cardigan or wrap I team it with usually works, because the colour is likely to be in there. Love it.

Whiskey Didn't Kill The Pain
Having been an admirer of Coughlan for many years, I was keen to read her own account of her life, having heard rumours of her problems facing various addictions. What a remarkable story hers is, told with great honesty and candour. She is a true survivor, in a world where that epithet is often misused. She faces up to her mistakes, eyes wide open but also refuses to shy away from the deep-seated reasons for her troubles. She is truly inspirational for this alone, but I now know why there is such heartbreak in her stunning voice.
