The Best

I loaned my 20" Travelpro to a friend and it came back with the handle broken. I'd had the bag a long time and loved it so I ordered this one (same one) from this website. In the meantime I took the broken one to a luggage repair (Marks Luggage in Phoenix) and it was completely repaired and(no surprise) it was completely under warranty. Now it looks like new. I am keeping the new one and giving the repaired on to my husband because he has the 22" and sometimes the airlines try to charge him and make him check it. This 20" is perfect for carry on and holds everything I need. Travelpro just makes good bags. Period.
