Had a lot of issues w shipping. When I finally got the product it works fairly well.. although the drain leaks all over the floor even when it's tightened, the handle is short (even for my 5 foot tall self) is flimsy and loosens up when I spin my mop even though I let the handle spin freely in my hand. It'll do for now but definitely will not purchase again and don't feel it'll last very long
