Not a good Aprilaire 213 substitute.
This filter is not a good replacement for the Aprilaire 223. It does not have the plastic tracks on the top and bottom that should secure the filter in place. As a result, there is a one inch gap at the top that will allow air to bypass the filter, rendering it useless.

The connectors to tap into the power supply wires were missing from the lights. Other than that they work fine.
