Just what we were looking for!
This is a item that is difficult to find, but it is one our grandson was missing from his collection. We were fortunate to find it for his birthday.

My most highly recommended guide to vibrant and thriving discipleship
The church exists to live the gospel of Jesus Christ and to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many churches and individual Christians are not doing either one of these! Their commitment to discipleship is superficial or missing altogether. Discipulado Profundo is the Spanish version of J. T. English's book, Deep Discipleship. I have used both the English and the Spanish versions in order to develop discipleship awareness, involvement, and full participation in our own church. If you have searched the internet for discipleship materials, you already know that there is a ton of material available. This book is the most significant one I have found on the subject. "Deep" is a key word for what English writes in this book. He gets down to business! The content of this book hits the nail squarely on the head regarding what Christians and churches need to be doing. English shows how precisely to go about it. The recommendations are scalable: They will work for any church, no matter the size.

Go-to reference guide for all artists
This is a very unusual book. It truly is a comprehensive human anatomy guide for artists at all levels of expertise. But, interestingly, it is also a fabulously detailed book for anyone wishing to learn anatomy without all the detail that is a necessary part of an anatomy textbook. As an artist, I particularly like this book because of all the facial expressions, hand positions, frames showing body motions, and recommendations from the artist-author as to how to achieve various effects. This is one of the most treasured reference books in my collection.
