What a difference!
I had used Akebono pads on my Toyota Matrix and loved the durability, decreased stopping distance and most of all lack of brake dust.
When it was time to replace pads on my S320, I wanted to use the same brand, thus I started doing some research. After talking to two parts stores that sell only European car parts, they both suggested using Akebono pads(if I am keeping the car). So far, I am not dissapointed with the choice I made to use these Akebono pads on the Merc as it has decreased my stopping distance and I see no brake dust on my rims(in 2 weeks).

Excellent quality and easy to install
The tray is a simple design that has excellent build quality and is extremely easy to install, given that it only requires 2.25" of depth.
