Liked the Canon or wouldn't have purchased the same make and model, could be a little lighter but i'm not planning on taking it on a camping trip
Needed help from canon as was having trouble inserting the ink packs, just wasn't pushing hard enough, he also helped me set up the wireless to my computer. Everything is working great. This is my second MX922, the other one copied great from the computer but smeared when copying from a sheet, If I had called Canon they probably could have solved that problem too. As stated I have another copier of the same make and model and never had trouble inserting the ink packs
