Maytronics Dolphin robotic pool cleaners drive system programmed to fail.
The reason for my negative review is based on experience with Maytronics robotic pool cleaners of which I have owned two of them. Experience has shown me that the drive system in the Maytronic robotics seems to be programed to fail after 3 or more years of use. One has to remember that if these robotics are being used on a tropical climate, they would be able to be used perhaps, 10-12 months per year. However, in a northern climate, typically they are in use when needed, at most 4 months per year. I live in a northern climate. The first Maytronic robotic I bought, a filter bag type, lasted 4 years before it quit working. It was not the motor, it stopped because the drive system failed. How do I know this? I turned the machine upside down, plugged it in, started it and it operated for 2 cycles them quit. The drive system seemed to bind up and stop. The motor has a shut off feature wherein it will stop if there is too much resistance in the drive system. So, I bought another unit, a Maytronics Dolphin Neptune Plus. That unit, which is out on my back deck right now, the same thing happened to it as it did to the first unit. So my conclusion, correct or not, is that the Maytronic robotics drive system is programmed to fail after how ever many years of use, my opinion of course but that is what experience has show me. Now, I will not buy another Maytronics unit because of this.

Needed them; overpaid yet happy to find them.
I bought them as I needed 3 more pair as I wear them every day. I could not find them anywhere else especially in black and in my size so I overpaid for them. It's okay, I needed them so I am happy with the purchase.

Stainless steel lockback knife by Bear & Son
Item is perfect for my needs, it's always in my pocket ready for use. I have had several of these over the years, when I lose one, I get very upset until I get a replacement from Ebay, LOL
