Melatonin 3mg
1 of 1 found this helpful I wasn't sure if 3mg would do the trick, but it has. I take one capsule an hour before going to bed and like clockwork I'm out like a light. The added benefit is the possible protection Melatonin provides against Corona virus infection. But that would just be icing on the cake.

It flat-out works
