Very disappointing

The Good:nice design/bright colourful screen BUT:-it is so slow in operation(has the dreaded circle spinning constantly)..the internet connection is awful-keeps dropping( i have full fibre broadband here)..plus it will NOT 'up' to 5G..is fixed at 4G. problems occur with bluetooth transferring files. pairing to another device-it won't hold connection.. very frustrating overall: none of these problems have occurred in my last 2 Motorola phones. not recommended.
