Excellent meter
This is a really good meter for electronics work. It has the usual Volts, Resistance, and Amps, but also has milliamp and microamps as well. It is a genuine Fluke, so it has a very solid build. The manual is basic, but is clearly written. The digital display is very large and easy to read, and the back light is strong. It comes with a set of leads and a soft carry case. Because it is designed for the international market, there is no US Fluke warranty. The store gives a free one year warranty, which is nice. It has so far worked very well, and I don't anticipate any problems with it. It is an excellent value.
