Broken Switches

The remote arrived, but when I opened the box and removed the controller, I found that 2 of the switches were broken and the remote had absolutely no firmware installed. Luckily i was able to install 2 switches from my old remote. At present I am unable to fly my drone without the firmware. Looks like I wasted my money once again.
