Awesome Tile Cutter!!
Awesome tile cutter! The table is very accurate, the measuring tape is spot on. I love how you can turn the stop both directions so you can cut 45 degree angles both ways. The handle is very comfortable to use and it just glides along the monorail making the cutting process very easy. It requires very little pressure on the cutting wheel when scoring and when snapping the tiles. I an able to as little as 1/2 pieces which saves time running out to the tile saw.

Not What I Expected to Happen:(
I Purchased 48 of these bulbs in January 2018. The bulbs are very bright and were working great! About 10-11 months they began to burn out, they would flicker on and off throughout the fixtures that I installed them in. The box says they have a lifespan of 10,000 hours or 9.1 years, however, they are not lasting quite that long. They have a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer for replacement. I have called the manufacturer but they have not responded back. So far about 15 light bulbs have failed, which is not very much better than the old incandescent bulbs I had before. None of the fixtures have a dimmer switch on them so I do not know why they keep burning out other than that they are not very high quality bulbs.
