The package was missing one set of the tracks so I emailed him. He responded to my email almost immediately. He apologizes for the missing set and told me he would send the other set right out. I got the second set within a week. I would highly recommend this seller for aftermarket tracks.Reply from: rogues_cove- Feedback replied by seller rogues_cove.- Feedback replied by seller rogues_cove.Very sorry for the initial error, but thank you for handling it so graciously! Can't go wrong with Vallejo paints!
As usual Vallejo paints are top of the line. I recommend thinning the Panzer Aces / Model Color lines as they are a bit thick straight out of the bottle and can cover details, but they have great opacity and flow with just a couple drops of water. The case is excellent quality and will be handy for transportation to painting events. My brushes were triangle shaped handles, which I prefer for long hours of use, but were average quality brushes over all, the color guides are the customary guides Vallejo provides, but I find them useful and keep a few on hand for color comparisons when needed. As an FYI, my set didn't include the Panzer Aces magazine, so that may no longer be part of this set, but that wasn't an issue for me.

Wow, what a great kit!
This is my first Rye Field Models kit, and I am super impressed with the level of detail and quality of the kit. The instructions are full color and better than most manufacturers, but are still somewhat convoluted, it would have been better if they added a few more pages and broke some of the steps down a bit more, but that is being very nitpicky just to make a point about how awesome this kit is!
I can't wait to get started, and expect to spend several months on this model. And will certainly be buying more kits from RFM.
That said, I would watch an unboxing video on YouTube so that you can get a feel for what you are getting yourself into, it is afterall somewhere around 1500 pieces! But even after watching the video, you will still be impressed with the quality and choices in this kit.
I like the link on link tracks, there are also some YouTube videos on assembly them that I think will be helpful. I appreciate the color info (though I will have to convert the names and numbers from AK Interactive to Vallejo paints as they are my preferred brand and I already have many of them). There are great textures on the hull, the details are very clear and there is little to no flash to contend with. I don't count rivets, so it may not be entirely historically accurate, but it sure looks it to me. Some of the ejection marks are deep, but the majority of them are in places that are well hidden. The inclusion of photo etched parts is very cool and will provide a good upgrade for the overall kit, but at the same time they provide tools with or without clamps so that you don't have to use the PE if you don't want to mess with making the little tiny clamps.
I am obviously impressed and happy with this model!
