Walkin' Pet Splint for Dogs, Canine or Feline Front Leg
    Aug 21, 2018
Only for narrow paws, not for wide paws.
While this splint looks good on the dog in the picture, it just didn’t fit right on my 14 month old Lab. The dimensions for the sized medium corresponded with my dog’s front paw dimensions, the paw pocket was too small. His paw pads didn’t fit well into the splint. Which made walking very awkward, and annoying for him; to the point where he managed to fling the splint off. Ohh well, he’s young and is healing fast after a broken toe. But that didn’t slow him down one bit. He ran around using only 3 legs. The original straight splint, he managed to crack by using it to support the injured paw, after only one week. For awhile it helped him walk/run, with a booty on the end. Occasionally running out of the booty, even though he was supposed to take it easy.
